A Practical Treatise on Breeding, Rearing and Fattening All Kinds of Domestic Poultry, Pheasants, Pigeons and Rabbits including an interesting account of the Egyptian Method of hatching eggs by artificial heat, with the author's experiments thereon. Fourth Edition; with additions, On The Breeding, Feeding, and Management of Swine - on Milch Cows for the Family Dairy - and on Bees. From Memoranda made during Forty Years' Practice. This edition seems to differ from most currently on offer in both edition and content. None seem to mention the Egyptian Method for example. The pagination seems correct at 312pp with the printers mark to the bottom of that page, and matches the index at the front. Of course, most other editions currently offered are 360+pp 312pp. Size: 7½" x 5½"
